This is one of my favourite Phase 2 breakfasts. I only use protein powder from Bulk Nutrients due to their strict quality control and value for money. I have no affiliation with this brand but have been using their supplements for over 3 years now. I usually make these pancakes the night before then take to work. Its super simple.
Ingredients
- 25 grams WPI protein powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- To a bowl add all ingredients and whisk. Heat non-stick frypan and add coconut oil to fry in small pancake size batches.
