Ingredients
- 1 cup fish stock Use a low salt variety if possible
- 100 grams frozen or fresh cooked wild caught prawns
- 1-2 cup Asian greens like bok choy or Choy Sum
- 100 grams Slendier Spaghetti Konjac Noodles
- 1 teaspoon Thai Spice Blend

Instructions
- Heat the stock in a saucepan and once simmering add the prawns and Asian Greens. Wash the Slendier Spaghetti Konjac Noodeles for 15 seconds under running water before adding to the simmering soup. Simmer until Asian greens are soft. Add Thai Spice Blend and Season to taste. For a sweeter soup, you can add 3-4 drops of liquid Stevia.
